We’ll explain your options and the process of making a legal claim

Discuss your Options

Once you have decided to go ahead and sign the initial paperwork, we get to work gathering evidence to build your best claim. We will talk to you about the abuse, and the impact it has had on your life. We will gather your relevant records, then arrange for you to see a psychiatrist and we will talk to an account about lost earnings, these experts assist us in assessing your entitlement to compensation.

Claim Lodgement

Once we have enough evidence, we will prepare the legal documents to file proceedings at the Court. The Court sets a timetable for exchange of documents and evidence and will lock in a date for a mediation conference. We continue to build a strong claim for you for mediation. We will discuss the amount of compensation you can expect to achieve, and guide you every step of the way.

Compensation

We progress to the settlement of your claim. Over 95% of claims settle without a trial, that means at a mediation conference or by negotiation. We push for the best settlement, but we will not take a step without your confirmation. You are the boss, and we work for you.
